We are extremely pleased to announce that Fireside Property Management was the winner of two prestigious awards from the Calgary Residential Apartment Association, namely resident manager of the year and lifetime achievement award.
Fireside Property Management was specifically created, in 2005, to manage much of the Prestigious Properties portfolio in addition to now third party properties.
Betty Park won Resident Manager of the Year, and Keith McMullen, President of our Property Management Division, brought home the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Keith was an integral part of the committee that developed the NewStart program in 2007. For over 2,000 men, women and children, NewStart provided a progressive housing solution that allowed them to progress into private accommodation at full market rates.
In addition, Keith has volunteered his time within the Association in areas such as the annual trade show and serving as an instructor with the Applied Safety and Awareness program. We are very proud and grateful to work with an outstanding team that is making a positive impact on both our properties and on the lives of our tenants and communities.
