On June 13-14, 2008 we held our Annual General Meeting at the beautiful Silvertip Resort and Golf Course in Canmore AB.

We would like to thank everyone who attended our annual update on apartment building investment performance and a review of corporate activity. With four Limited Partnerships over the years, and now a 5th (PRISM A), the event was very well attended by our many partners. We thought it was really fantastic that about 100 people managed to find their way to the mountains of Alberta, because so many of our investors come from all around the world.

Speaking of which, we had two excellent guest speakers: David Jennings, an incredibly successful international investor who flew in from Ireland, gave a very informative speech about the international real estate environment. Bruce Woodward, President of Myan Management, who has been instrumental in our real estate investments in Texas, shared his insights about the state of the U.S. real estate market, and an update on out large residential property holding in Denton TX, which was a component of Limited Partnership 4.

The day after the general meeting, a large group of attendees went on some spectacular hikes, including a trip to world-famous Lake Louise.
